Hi Wonderful Readers,

I’m super excited to have a special guest author here today to help celebrate my new release, Forever Yours in Christmas Falls. Please give a warm welcome to: JEAN ORAM

Seasons greetings from Canada!

My name is Jean Oram and I’m Susan Hatler’s guest today and come bearing gifts for three readers. Ho, ho, ho!

I love sweet romances (I write sweet, small town romances) and admit that I have a little bit of an addiction when it comes to Susan’s books. I like to stockpile a few and then totally binge read! I know that her latest book, Forever Yours in Christmas Falls, is another one-click that I will be savouring this holiday season—it sounds completely irresistible! Because, seriously? Who can resist the idea of Morgan having to share her shop with her old crush, Dallas, the man her mother believes is responsible for their greatest family tragedy? Hello! Binge-read worthy!

So, today, in celebration of Susan’s release, I would like to offer one reader a signed paperback copy of my own sweet holiday romance, Eggnog and Candy Canes. It’s a small town romance where enemies become lovers and will surely an appeal to fans of Susan’s. And because the New Year is coming soon(ish), I would also like to offer two readers a magnetic 2018 calendar featuring my new Veils and Vows series. More irresistible sweet small town romances!

These two giveaways are open internationally and winners will be chosen tomorrow. Be sure to comment below, telling Susan and I what you love most about the holiday season—or sweet holiday romances, for a chance to win.

Good luck! Thanks for reading.

You can find more about Jean Oram and her books at www.jeanoram.com. (Pst! Her newsletter subscribers get a free book—try her books on for size! See her website for details.)

Thank you so much for being here today, Jean. Good luck to everyone on Jean’s giveaway. Happy reading!!

🙂 Susan

I just love the slower pace of the winter months and especially the week around Christmas. I typically take off days on either side of Christmas so I can just say home and be. Bonus if our three YA daughters are able to be home. I love to read or watch movies with the tree lights and the fireplace on. Let the wind howl outside, but I’ve got coffee, a book and my family near me.

I love what it all means! The birth of Christ, time with family and friends, the smell of the tree, the food that only makes it self known at Christmas. Maybe a little snow thrown in too!

I love the Christmas carols, both the sacred and fun ones. It’s rarely cold here in SE Texas during December, but if I sing “White Christmas”, I can pretend!

    What a lovely tradition, Amy!

  47. Gina says

    October 27, 2017 at 8:20 am

Hi, Jean. I love it when all of my daughter’s and grandchildren can all come over. With blended families for 2 of them it doesn’t always work out. I take what I can get. 😊

  48. Jean Oram says

    October 27, 2017 at 8:21 am

Toni, that’s so sweet that the holidays and all the decorations make you think of your first date with your late husband. I absolutely love that. However, it must have also made the first Christmas without him very difficult indeed. I’m sorry for your loss.

  49. Jean Oram says

    October 27, 2017 at 8:22 am

Margaret, that’s something I’d get caught doing. Only I’d probably be dancing as well as singing down the aisles! (I don’t need Christmas music for that though! I do it all year round. I think they’re pretty used to me in the grocery store though.)
