The C.F. Salon

October 19, 2017 By Susan Hatler Leave a Comment

Hi Rockin’ Readers!!

One of the things that makes the Return to Christmas Falls holiday romance series so special is the town of Christmas Falls, Tennessee where the stories take place. As such, my heroine, Morgan Reed, would like to share her favorite spot with you:

Hi, y’all!

I’m Morgan Reed and I’m returning to my hometown of Christmas Falls after being away for eight years in order to open the C.F. Salon, which is my favorite spot. Well, it will be when it opens, only there’s one major problem.

I leased this business space to open my own beauty salon but when I arrived back at my hometown, I found the place already occupied by Dallas Parker—my older brother’s best friend, my secret childhood crush, and the man my mother blames for our family greatest tragedy.

He’s also the guy who punched my boyfriend in the jaw at the end of senior year when he’d caught us making out at Lover’s Bench right next to the waterfall. Not too shocking that my boyfriend dumped me after that joyous moment.

As if Dallas hasn’t ruined my life enough, he actually has a lease on the same business space I rented and says he’s opening his own furniture store. The image of him chopping wood and making furniture is admittedly appealing, but we’re talking about my future here. He needs to get out.

Unfortunately, the landlord is on an African Safari until Christmas Eve, so we have no choice but open our businesses together. He’s going to have to make his own sign, though. And I’m going to have to ignore his sexy smile and make some rules, like no tucking my hair behind my ear. Shiver.

Then when our landlord returns to resolve the lease situation, one of us will get the boot. Please send me good thoughts that it won’t be me!

~ Sincerely, Morgan Reed

I hope you enjoy Morgan’s story, Forever Yours in Christmas Falls, which releases October 23rd. Happy reading!!

🙂 Susan
